The Lagoon Resort Originally built in 1988 as a casino and bordello, The Lagoon Resort is nestled among 3 acres of landscaped grounds on the banks of the Qara-ni-Qio River which leads out into Beqa Lagoon.  The resort has 22 rooms, all of which have views of the river or lagoon. Elegant, spacious and romantic can best describe the pleasantly furnished rooms, featuring marble bathrooms, air conditioning, ceiling fans, telephones, satellite television, refrigerators and tea/coffee making facilities. The Standard Rooms: Comfortably sleeping 2 adults, standard rooms are perfect for couples, with 1 king or 2 singles. The Deluxe Rooms: If a little bit more room is what you are after then the deluxe room is for you. Able to sleep up to 3 adults, all deluxe rooms come with either balconies or patios. The Suites: The suites are perfect for that little bit of indulgence, or for sharing with family and friends. Comfortably sleeping 4 adults, the suites come with balconies, patios or terraces. Facilities: When you're not diving with Beqa Adventure Divers, you'll find plenty on offer to while away the hours. The full service concierge desk will gladly organize any activity you may wish for, be it a round of golf at "The Championship Golf & Country Club" located right next door, to a more far flung adventure like a trip to the capital city, Suva. Perhaps you would rather relax by the swimming pool and be pampered. The Lagoon Resort has a special, relaxing atmosphere that helps you forget the outside world. Owners, Heather & Jim Sherlock, with their friendly Fijian staff are there to ensure you have a vacation to remember. There is nothing quite like rounding off the day with a delicious meal.
